Lifestyle Change Programme
The Lifestyle Change Programme is a 12 week plan which includes 6x bi-weekly, 1 hour coaching sessions, detailed sessions notes after each session, a Recovery Plan as well as unlimited ongoing support between sessions via Whatsapp or email. This plan is suitable for anyone that’s ready to dive deep into their healing and make changes that bring long lasting results. In my experience, those who commit to their healing journey for the long term are more likely to see long term success. It takes time to rewire or create new neural pathways in the brain and form new habits so those who look at treating their dizziness over a longer period of time and not just looking for a “quick fix” are more likely to achieve results that last. It’s also great if you’re someone who feels like you could do with some extra support if you’ve had a tough day, dealing with some really intense symptoms, or something coming up that you’re anxious or worried about, to have someone to help guide and support you through the motions that same day instead of having to wait for your next 121. Please note that although the programme states meeting once every two weeks, i am happy to be flexible on this, for example we could meet weekly at the start and then once every couple of weeks once you’re up to speed and know what you’re doing. All 6 sessions must be used within the 12 week timeslot.
In the Lifestyle Change Plan I help you with the following;
- Education around Neuroplasticity, what it is and how you can use it to help you to heal from your chronic symptoms
- Become aware of your thoughts, practice mindfulness and focus on what is wanted rather than what is unwanted
- Share practical exercises and tips to regain your steadiness e.g. improve proprioception and body awareness
- Help you to trust your body, find your steadiness and create inner safety
- Help you to develop a positive mindset and change beliefs that can interfere with healing
- Teach you how to cope with difficult emotions, understand your body and heal yourself as a whole person
- Work with you to set goals and help you to find ways to achieve them (e.g. to return to work/ exercise)
- I will send you audios/ videos with practical exercises for you to practice between sessions
- Teach you how to work with your body to regulate your nervous system and reduce stress
The cost of the Lifestyle Change programme is £400. Payment upfront is required by Direct Bank transfer in the UK or PayPal for the rest of the world.
